Refund policy

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@azulthelabel.com, and we’ll send you a prepaid USPS return label.

Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging included.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of accepting the return. Please note that shipping costs paid on the original order are not refunded.
